If you are a new client, please arrive 5-10 mins prior to your appointment to complete any necessary paperwork. Punctuality ensures the full beauty experience; tardiness may impact treatment duration.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Kindly provide 24-hour notice to avoid a cancellation fee to cover the beauty therapists time which will be $35 and paid at your next appointment.
Serenity Guidelines
Maintain a serene atmosphere by silencing phones and attending appointments solo. We value your time; reciprocate the courtesy.
Young children & additional people
For the safety and best care of everyone involved, including young children and additional companions, we have a policy of not permitting extras in the treatment rooms. There is pick up available at our store in Leongatha, ensure you have your email and or mobile phone included in your information. We will contact you when order is ready to pick up or for posting.
Post:
Australia Post is our nominated courier for our parcels. We have a flat rate for postage in Australia only of $10.00 per order..
REFUND POLICY:
There is no refund for change of mind , however full refund is given if the product found to be faulty and is returned by the customer at their expense and a copy of receipt / order is included . Damaged packaging through postage is not a reason to assume you will receive a refund.
